The main purpose of a customer service specialist is to be a professional for direct customer support within any sector and organisation type.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • provide excellent direct customer service
  • dealing with complex or technical requests
  • Supporting complaints
  • Gather and analyse data that influences change and improvements in service

Upon successful completion of your Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship with Sigma UK Group you will also qualify with Level 2 functional skills in Maths and English and the opportunity to achieve a value added Level 3 Diploma for Customer Service Specialists.

Progression could be employment in many as a Customer Service specialist or you may choose further study in a complimentary subject area for example leadership and management.
